At VitaEase™, we are committed to delivering your order swiftly, safely, and transparently. We ship to customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland daily, ensuring every parcel is tracked from our fulfilment facility directly to your front door.

Processing & Fulfilment

  • Processing Time: Most orders are prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are fulfilled on the next business day.

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your courier tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with an active tracking link.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking milestones to update once scanned at the initial postal hub.

  • If you cannot find your tracking email, please inspect your Spam/Junk folders or contact our support desk.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please verify that your shipping address and contact telephone number are entered correctly during checkout. Because orders enter automated fulfilment shortly after purchase, address modifications must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering by contacting support@vitaease.com.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

For UK and EU retail orders within standard shopping thresholds, VAT is accounted for at checkout. For international destinations outside our domestic logistics corridors, any unexpected local customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes levied by local border authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.
